Prior to GSK, Anu worked for Bayer Healthcare Diabetes division, where she was responsible for NPI projects focused on improvement of patient experience and innovative packaging solutions for diabetes meter kits as well as cost and process improvement projects. Prior to Bayer, Anu worked in packaging engineering roles with BMS and Pfizer based in the US and 3M based in the UK, with a similar focus on innovation and lifecycle management.
